UK shipping
We use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class delivery services to ship all of our products within the United Kingdom and Europe. Depending on which service you select, your Uma Rattan piece should arrive to your delivery address within 1 - 2 days (1st class) or 3 - 5 days (2nd class).
For same day London deliveries, please contact us directly at 07851310323 and we will be able to organise this for you via Addison Lee for orders received before 12pm. If you have not received your item within 7 days of delivery, please contact us directly at info@umarattan.com with your order number and we will look into this for you.
If you have a preferred method of shipment please contact us directly and we may be able to offer you more options.
EU shipping
We currently use Royal Mail standard service to ship to the EU. All items should be received to the delivery address within 14 days maximum and not including time periods held at customs. If your item has not been received within 14 days of placing your order, please contact us directly at info@umarattan.com.
Returns
Return Cost
If you are unhappy with your Uma Rattan order and would like to exchange or return for a refund please email us with your order number at info@umarattan.com and we will be able to send you a returns form. Please note the cost of returns is at the expense of the customer.
30 Days to Return
Please inform us of the return within 14 days of the purchase date and the items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Wrap up your item
3. Pay for shipping back to our warehouse at SW11 3DN, London
4. We will let you know once item is received and your refund will be with you within 10 days of receipt of goods.
